SIP Building Systems Inc. offers decades of experience in building and industrial design. We are energy efficient building specialists recommending Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) and Logix for all wall, floor, roof and foundation systems.

Since its inception in 1999, SIP Building Systems' goal is providing a "whole home" solution for structural needs including foundation.

"Whole home" saves energy. It improves the living environment. It increases strength. And by using Structural Insulated Panels in your construction, you can have it all plus more home with less slow growth lumber.

Wood is so diverse offering a natural and renewable resource to design with, and when used responsibly to build, it can be the lowest contributor to Green House Gas emissions. SIP wall systems complete the missing-link for structures as evidenced by the problems with "leaky condos" and the sick home syndrome due to mildew and molds trapped in walls. We may have come so far in technology, but wall building techniques are still much as they were 100 years ago. That is quite remarkable, considering how many problems exist today, most of which often stem from wall construction (and foundation drainage too).

Two years ago SIP Building Systems also took on Logix foundation and wall systems. This system has proved to provide both contractors and home owner-builders with a foundation system they can put in easily and it delivers R value much needed under the main floor system.

SIP Building Systems Inc. is a company with emphasis on technical correctness of the entire structure for full integration of all structural and envelope components. We back that up with design, precision fabricated panels, Logix foundation and walls systems, and engineered wood – all job site ready. Our emphasis is getting a customer to lock-up and everything to weathered. Inside servicing, drywall, and finishing is not in our supply at this time.
